Swiss Franc

By StitchingLab ·

This 50×50 chart finishes at roughly 13×12 inches in worsted-weight tapestry crochet, using 2 colors — a clean two-color project — a good first counted chart. As a tapestry piece it works as a wall hanging, cushion, or afghan square. The grid, materials estimate, and written row-by-row instructions below are all free; open the chart in the editor to resize it or swap the palette to yarns you already own.

Comfort-grip hooks in every size a chart can call for — one set covers the whole CYC weight range. — 6.5-9 mm (K-10½ to M-13) — one size down hides the carried strand

  • Locking Stitch Markers

  • Sharp Yarn Snips

Small, sharp snips cut yarn clean at every color change — cleaner joins and easier weaving-in than scissors.
